Are these apps the new way to sell?

So if you don’t know me, I’m a pretty seller. 

I make things look attractive in order for people to sell their products and services. 

Now, I LOVE the thought of the old school selling - picking up the phone, knocking on doors, actually speaking to people. 

Customer service at it’s finest, right?

But recently, over the last 6 months, using Snapchat and Instagram for business has actually increased sales for both myself and my clients. 

For those who don’t know what Snapchat and Instagram are:


Lets you easily talk with friends, view Live Stories from around the world , and explore news in Discover. 

Basically: An app where you can send images and videos to friends and can view them for up to 10 seconds then disappears after they have opened them. You might be thinking, well, what’s the point in that? That IS the point. That is the whole point of snapchat. 


Instagram is a social networking app made for sharing photos and videos from a smartphone.

Similar to Facebook or Twitter, everyone who creates an Instagram account has a profile and a news feed.

When you post a photo or video on Instagram, it will be displayed on your profile. Other users who follow you will see your posts in their own feed. Likewise, you'll see posts from other users who you choose to follow.

On average, a particular user opens up the app up to 18 times a day. Can you believe it?

To me, this is known an online direct marketing. 

You can advertise straight into their hands…and create leads.. if you do it right. 

What a perfect way to sell!
